Nicolas Béland

Nicolas Béland

Vice President & Manager, Canadian Operations

Nicolas Béland is responsible for all aspects of OASIS Canada. Nicolas joined OASIS in 1995 as Assistant Regional Manager of the OASIS Service Center in Montréal, QC. He progressed to Regional Manager and held that role for over 20 years. Prior to his joining OASIS, Nicolas spent several years in the printing industry as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator, and Engineering and Maintenance Manager. Since 1994, he has been a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. Nicolas earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke. 

Myron Smith

Director of Training & Development

With 27 years at OASIS, Myron Smith brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Director of Training & Development. For 20 years, Myron was responsible for the South Service Center in Pensacola, Florida where he held the position of Regional Manager. Prior to his role as South Regional Manager, Myron was a Service Engineer for Beloit MillPro and an Optical Engineer and Project Engineer for OASIS. Myron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of West Florida.  

Hubert Meagher

Hubert Meagher

Director of Metrology Services

Hubert Meagher, B. Eng, spent many years in the field as an Alignment Engineer specializing in precision measurement prior to his role as Director of Metrology Services at OASIS. He is an expert in using both optical tooling and portable metrology tools in manufacturing facilities. Hubert was instrumental in researching and developing the 3-Dimensional Metrology Services segment of OASIS and has been heavily involved with testing the use of laser trackers, coordinate measuring arms and laser scanners in industrial environments. He earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, ON.

Steve Pepin

Northeast Regional Manager

Since joining OASIS in 1993, Steve Pepin has been dedicated to customer service excellence. Prior to his current role as Northeast Regional Manager, Steve held the positions of Northeast Account Manager and Technical Writing/Customer Service Manager. Steve also spent time in the field as an Optical Technician and an Optical Engineer. As Northeast Regional Manager, Steve is responsible for the OASIS Service Center in New Hampshire and Satellite Service Center in Pennsylvania. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Plymouth State College.

Derry Steedley

Derry Steedley

Southeast Regional Manager

Derry Steedley began with OASIS as a field service technician. With a strong background in territory management including 20 years Coca Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, North Carolina, Derry quickly transitioned to his current role as Regional Manager of the OASIS Southeast Service Center where he is responsible for operations in this region as well as overseeing corporate scheduling and customer service. Derry attended Pfeiffer University and Liberty University.

Justin Moker

Midwest Regional Manager

As Midwest Regional Manager, Justin Moker is responsible for all field service management and operational aspects of the OASIS Service Centers in Wisconsin and Ohio. Prior to joining OASIS, Justin spent many years in sales and product management in the paper making industry in the Midwest. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Sales and Marketing from Fox Valley Technical College. 

Joel Farnum

West Regional Manager

As an OASIS Regional Manager for 15 years, first for the Midwest Regional Service Centers, and now for the West Service Centers in California and Washington, Joel Farnum applies his experience in operations, sales, and service management, to customers in the West. Prior to joining OASIS, Joel spent many years in Engineering Process Safety Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Root Cause Failure Analysis in the pulp & paper industry.

Darth Bledsoe

South Regional Manager

Since joining OASIS in 2016, Darth Bledsoe has been applying his extensive background in sales and service operations management to  OASIS customers in the South region. Prior to his role as Regional Manager, Darth was the OASIS South Account Manager. Before joining OASIS, he spent many years as both Service Manager and Operations Manager for H&E Equipment Services in Baton Rouge, LA and Puckett Machinery in Flowood, MS. Darth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mississippi College. Additionally, Darth is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has received awards for outstanding service and leadership.

Chief Executive Officer

With over 35 years of experience in leading, managing and acquiring field service organizations, Ray was responsible for guiding OASIS from a small, single office location into the premier provider of precision measurement and mechanical services in North America. Ray was also instrumental in managing the transition from the company’s privately held status in the mid-90s to its ownership by Beloit. During that period, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Service Operations where he was responsible for the service activities of all Beloit operating divisions worldwide. In 2000, Ray led a small group of OASIS employees in the acquisition of the company and today he and his wife Susan remain the principal owners. Ray attended NH Vocational Technical College and Glendale Community College as well as Hesser Community College. Ray is based at OASIS Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, New Hampshire.

Brian Hiltunen

President

With over 25 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, sales and field service, Brian is responsible for all aspects of OASIS. As President, he leads strategic efforts for business growth, accelerated expansion into new markets, and continual improvements in the quality and responsiveness of OASIS services. Prior to joining OASIS, Brian was General Manager, Paper Machines and Mill Site Services at Metso Paper in Appleton, Wisconsin. Before joining Metso, he was Regional Service Manager for Beloit Corporation and Regional Manager of the OASIS Midwest Service Center. In addition to his role as President of OASIS, Brian sits on the Board of Directors for ASPI (Association of Suppliers to the Paper Industry) where he is an Executive Officer and Treasurer. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is based in the OASIS Midwest Regional Service Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Paul Simoneau

Paul Simoneau

Chief Financial Officer

With over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Paul is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. He is directly responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting and property management. Prior to joining OASIS, Paul was Controller and Chief Financial Officer for AutoServ Dealerships in Tilton, New Hampshire, where he oversaw operations management and financial operations. Paul has also owned and operated a private CPA practice in Gilford, New Hampshire. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley College. Paul is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, New Hampshire.
