Newly promoted President Brian J. Hiltunen looks to co-author a new chapter in the company’s history with its customers
OASIS Alignment Services, Inc. (OASIS) is pleased to announce that the company is opening a new chapter in its history with the naming of Brian J. Hiltunen as President. The company intends to see to it that this new chapter is written in the words of its clients’ success stories, as it focuses even more intently on relationships and partnerships with customers.

With several new initiatives, Mr. Hiltunen promises to build on the legacy of OASIS by introducing new programs that will enhance both customer and employee experiences. Minimizing customer pain points and establishing new customer service centers are two by-products of Hiltunen’s outcome-driven philosophy. Improvements in employee development and training, along with advancing methods and technologies will ensure continuous enhancements in service quality. Additionally, new strategies for building customer partnerships will result in productive, long-lasting relationships.

Hiltunen assumes the position of former company President Ray Masse, who built OASIS into one of North America’s most trusted providers of precision measurement, machine maintenance, and equipment installation services. Mr. Masse will continue contributing to the success of OASIS as Chairman of the Board.
As OASIS Vice President & General Manager, Mr. Hiltunen delivered a steady stream of successes including strengthening of regional teams, opening a new California service center, and a concentrated focus on employee development. Mr. Hiltunen added “Since 1982, OASIS has had a significant market impact by improving our customers’ efficiencies. I will continue this track record with a passion for customer service and employee development.”
