Since joining OASIS in 1993, Steve Pepin has been dedicated to customer service excellence. Prior to his current role as Northeast Regional Manager, Steve held the positions of Northeast Account Manager and Technical Writing/Customer Service Manager. Steve also spent time in the field as an Optical Technician and an Optical Engineer. As Northeast Regional Manager, Steve is responsible for the OASIS Service Center in New Hampshire and Satellite Service Center in Pennsylvania. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Plymouth State College.
