The promotion of Darth Bledsoe to Regional Manager strengthens OASIS commitment to customer success in the South.
OASIS Alignment Services, LLC (OASIS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Darth Bledsoe to the position of South Regional Manager for the OASIS South Service Center located in Pensacola, Florida. Since joining OASIS as Account Manager in 2016, Mr. Bledsoe has been committed to building strong lasting relationships with OASIS customers in this key region of the country. This experience combined with his background in service and operations management, process development, employee development and training, safety procedures, and vendor management, made him the ideal choice for this new role.
As OASIS South Regional Manager, Mr. Bledsoe will be responsible for all field service management and operational aspects of the region including customer management and service, safety procedures, regional financial performance, and the supervision and development of all OASIS employees in his region. Additionally, Mr. Bledsoe will continue to develop and manage customer relationships and sales interactions in the South region.
Prior to joining OASIS, Mr. Bledsoe spent many years in service operations management, first as Director of Service Operations for H&E Equipment Services in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and then as Component Rebuild Center Service Operations Manager for Puckett Machinery in Flowood, Mississippi. For both locations he was responsible for operational process development, new employee training, P&L and asset management, and facility, environment, and safety requirements.

Mr. Bledsoe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. Additionally, he is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has received awards for both leadership and outstanding service. He can be reached at:
